My First Real Woodworking Project: a Toy Car
I have been around woodworking since I was 3, but aside from making a wooden bell to scare away ghosts, I had never built what most people would consider a "real" project. Ever since I was little, I was obsessed with cars and the anime Initial D, so when it was time for my first serious build, choosing what to make was easy.
For this project, I decided to design and build a wooden toy car from start to finish, on my own, without help from my dad. After about a year and a half of practicing basic woodworking skills, I finally completed this project at age 4.
