First 3D Night Drive Animation

My First 3D Animation: Night Drive Through the Forest

After getting my low-poly car and tree models into a game prototype, I hit a small snag in the game-making process. Instead of getting stuck, I decided to take a short break and create a 3D animation in Blender using the same assets. I wanted to visualize how the game might look and feel once everything was running smoothly.

I set up a nighttime road in the forest, added lights to the scene, and animated the car driving through it. The final animation is short, but I really like how cozy and atmospheric it turned out. It also showed me just how demanding rendering can be even this simple low-quality animation took a long time, and Blender estimated that a high-quality version would take around seven days to render just 300 frames on my current computer.

This is a short 5-second 3D animation of my low-poly car driving along a nighttime forest road. It combines my Blender modeling practice with lighting, camera work, and rendering to show what my future driving game could look like.
